Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only возможны in the cases outlined below.

Tickets must be purchased through official channels. Tickets bought from unauthorized sources may be cancelled.

Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to change the date, time, or venue of the event.

In case of rescheduling, tickets remain valid for the new date.

Refunds are only available in the event of a full cancellation.

Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled.

To request a refund, please contact us via the official channel (email or form) and provide your order number and proof of payment.

Refund processing may take up to 30 days.

Event Entry

Tickets must be presented at the entrance (digital or printed).

The organizer reserves the right to deny entry in cases of safety concerns or violation of venue rules.

Liability

The organizer is not responsible for transportation, parking, or any incidents occurring outside the event venue.

The organizer is also not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings, except as required by law.

Ticket Use

Tickets are for personal use only.

Resale for commercial purposes, as well as copying or duplicating tickets, is prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.

Photography & Conduct

Unauthorized photo, video, or audio recording may be prohibited.

Attendees must follow all venue rules and staff instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
